職責
- Formulate, develop, implement and evaluate nursing and caring procedures and standards.
- Formulate and implement monitoring mechanism for nursing and caring service quality.
- Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff and be involved in management and administration duties.
要求
- Holder of bachelor degree in nursing.
- Registered Nurse.
- Holder of qualifications in gerontology preferred.
- At least 5 years’ experience as Registered Nurse and in supervisor role in Residential Care Home for the Elderly.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Capable of developing monitoring mechanisms & Protocol.
- Fluent in reading and writing Chinese and English.
- Computer literate.
- Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specific in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
